A black jumbo jet going for cheap

A Boeing 747 jumbo is just worth Rs1,600 (RM160)? But cycle is valued Rs91,000 (RM9,100)?

Wow! If that’s the case, I too would like to have this jumbo jet, said to be black in colour.

However in reality, these are just some of the goof ups committed by the Tamil Nadu police in their records, as discovered in the 2006 annual report of the Comptroller and Auditor General of India.
